Terms and Conditions

• Ladakh Carrier, Helmet is complimentarily provided with the bike.
• Count of Day starts from 9:00 AM on a day and ends at 8:00 AM next morning. Crossing time limit will lead to an additional charge of a day.
• Minimum booking is for 5 days, for shorter duration tours, the rates will be different.
• Loss / Damage of Original vehicle Documents    -    Rs. 3,000
• Loss / Damage of Helmet    -    Rs. 2,000 (per piece)
• Damage to the Bike – Actual cost of repair to be borne by the hirer
• Charge for Bike pickup at NJP / Bagdogra    -    Rs. 200 / bike / pickup
• Additional Charge for pickup from other places depending on the place of pick up
• The bike will be issued only after checking a valid driver’s license.
• Payment Terms – All payment to be made in advance.
• The Backup vehicle is provided on a dry basis if needed, permits will be made and paid by the hirer on actual basis. Fuel cost will be paid with an average assumed mileage of 8 km per liter.
• The above details are valid till 30^th September 2020.
